hosted a booth with other partners at the Expo, launched the
DynamicsDownloads
portal, and designed a
new company website!

Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 3 is now available
for download
Service Pack 3 can now be downloaded from
CustomerSource or
PartnerSource. This service pack provides error corrections and
enhancements to the Quick Send and Doc Share features. An updated
Shared Information user manual is also available on
CustomerSource and
PartnerSource, to document the new features.
NOTE: Service Pack 3 can
only be installed over Microsoft
Dynamics SL 7.0 Feature Pack. It cannot be installed directly
over Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0 Service Pack 2. Users on
Service Pack 2 must first install Feature Pack before applying
Service Pack 3.
Dynamics CRM 4.0 Tip - Utilize Quick Campaigns Effectively
Create quick marketing campaigns in Dynamics CRM 4.0 with the Quick
Campaign feature. Quick Campaigns provide functionality enabling sales
& marketing reps to create a quick marketing blast to a list of
contacts or leads. Any CRM user can take advantage of this great
feature that will save you lots of time.

Virtual Convergence
Is coming soon! Using your Convergence
credentials, you will be able to view session content and visit the Virtual
Expo! Check back on the Convergence website for notification of when this
site goes live.

Will be held in Atlanta,
Georgia the week of April 11th, 2011.

The 2010 Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference will be held in
Washington, D.C., from July 12 to July 16. Conference
Registration opened on March 24th.
Name: Jenni Wruck
Background: Provides technical support and training
to Partners and their customers, with primary expertise in the
Payroll module. Has extensive experience supporting and supplying
solutions for the Dynamics SL product. Expertise was gained over a
ten year period working in various technical support roles with
Solomon Software, Great Plains, Microsoft and Plumbline Solutions.
She is a Business Solutions Certified Professional in Solomon
Applications, Solomon Payroll and Solomon Crystal Report Writer. She
also has experience with the eBanking module.
Likes Best about Consulting:
The
best thing about working in a consulting environment is dealing in
possibilities, and learning new ways to do things. There are tons of things to
learn in life, and consulting is a great place to do that. Seeing a problem from
a new angle or through someone else’s eyes, and finding a solution that is
successful for the customer is a great feeling.
Hobbies:

Spanish Overlay
This update provides a Spanish translation for screen
labels, menus, screen names, report control records, message files, Crystal
reports, and the Logon screen.

In order to make online system updates, there will be no
access to My Messages, PartnerSource, CustomerSource, and Order Central from
8 a.m. (CST) to 8 p.m. (CST), on Saturday, May 22, 2010.
