Plumbline Introduces... Tour de Force™
Tour de Force is a software application from
Plumbline Consulting that combines Sales Force Automation (SFA) and
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality to provide
companies with the ability to streamline and formalize their sales
processes to ensure sales goals are met and solid business decisions
are made.
The ability to track sales and project related opportunities, as
well as the ability to see the sales, support and consulting
activities associated for each customer, prospect, vendor or
internal associate in one centralized area improves communication,
as well as empowers your staff to provide exceptional service and
helps your sales force sell more effectively. With a deeper
understanding of what activities have already taken place, along
with the actions and steps that need to take place in the future,
your team will have a detailed history and insight of activities
scheduled for each contact at their fingertips, whether in the
office or working remotely.
Tour de Force provides seamless PDA compatibility for users working
with wireless devices to connect to Microsoft Outlook®. Email
messages, appointments, contacts and tasks can then be easily
synchronized between Microsoft Outlook® and the Tour de Force
database, providing global access to all system users.
Plumbline also offers a Business System Integration
(BSI) product for Microsoft Dynamics® SL. The BSI Module connects
your CRM/SFA data with your business system data, providing detailed
analysis that allows users to easily compare sales goals with sales
performance, identify focal selling points, opportunities, and more.
This solution is designed to provide extensive data analytics and
perform high level analysis on sales, profit, margin and unit sales
starting at the company level, by using detailed data points within
SL and Tour de Force. Users have the ability to perform greater
detail analysis at the Region, Branch, Account, Salesperson, Product
Group, Vendor, and Inventory Item levels. [Read

Mark your calendars for
these upcoming events:
The Microsoft® 2009
Worldwide Partner Conference
WPC will be held in New Orleans, Louisiana on July 13–16, 2009.
Getting to Know the
Dynamics SL User Group and the Value it Delivers to Your Customers
On May 15th at 11:30 EST, the Dynamics SL User Group
will be holding a panel-led webinar for partners and ISVs.
The purpose of this call is to help you get to know the power of
the User Group for both you and your clients.
Did you know that the Users Group is a national group
ran by the Users for the Users?
Although the group was originally founded by a Partner with a
construction focus, it now has a national presence with members using
every SL module offered by Microsoft.
This is an opportunity for you to get to know the current and
past presidents and how they derive value from the group.
Find out why their Partners encourage their involvement and other
customers involvement in the group.
Learn first-hand the value Microsoft sees in this group and why
they asked the group to lead more than five sessions at the 2009
Convergence event.
This national user group meets annually for the
benefit of the Dynamics SL community to learn from one another,
influence the efforts of Microsoft’s Dynamics SL R&D team (with many
one-on-one opportunities for direct input), share best practices, and
more.
Please RSVP to Carolyn Blaylock,
cblaylock@leetechnologies.com, to receive the webinar call-in number
and password. To learn more
about the user group or to register for the fall event, please go to
http://www.solomonusersgroup.com/.
