I'm looking forward to seeing many of you in New Orleans for Convergence this year! Be sure to stop by the SL Shared Booth (#1417 & #1421) that Plumbline is sponsoring at the Expo to learn more about the Microsoft Dynamics SL add-on solutions being highlighted.

I have two pieces of exciting news:

First, we are getting closer to the release date of the Outlook Integration developed jointly with Sandler Kahne for the Project Resource Estimating & Planning (PREP) solution. I am excited about the additional functionality it will offer - take a look at more of the details under the "What's New" section and don't forget to stop by Booth 1418 to learn more!

Secondly, Plumbline will now be offering a Sales Force Automation (SFA) Solution, Tour de Force, which is fully integrated with Microsoft Outlook. We will be providing fact sheets and demos of the application in the SL Shared Booth, giving you another reason to stop in. I hope to see you there!

Potential Problem with running Trend Micro Antivirus with SL 7.0 SP1

Although Plumbline has not been involved with testing this issue, we found a string on The Partner Forum on this topic, with a recommendation to install hotfix package h701_18504sy to resolve conflicts between the two software packages.

If you are encountering problems running Sandler*Kahne software with Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0, be sure to check out their hints on how to resolve issues.

How will the economic stimulus package impact financial business software? This year, it will not be a lump sum payment, and it will begin affecting payrolls in April. Look for details in the March quarterly tax bulletin.

Start your Partner-focused day with the Microsoft Dynamics SL Partner Breakfast and Award Ceremony on Monday, March 9, 2009, from 7:30-9:00 a.m. at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside hotel. Registration for this event is required.

Join the Dynamics SL Users Group at a reception on Tuesday March 10^th from 4:30 to 6:30 at the New Orleans Marriott Canal Street, Studio 7.

This event is a great opportunity for non-members to find out what membership could do for them and their business. Members and non-members should be sure to attend so they can network, learn about the fall user’s event scheduled for Sept 2009 in San Diego.

Outlook Integration with PREP
