A local professional services organization has
a need to store all of the documents that lead up to signing a
contract. The company employs several project managers who each have
their own clients. Project managers cover for each other at times
when some must be out of the office. Keeping track of paperwork is
one of the most difficult tasks for the organization. It often takes
months just to get from the point when the opportunity comes in to
signing the contract. Project managers and others review and edit

article, we discuss the value of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007,
commonly referred to as MOSS, and Windows SharePoint Services, commonly
called WSS. Support for both is standard in Business Portal for Microsoft
Dynamics SL 7.0. Business Portal’s navigation and framework is built on
Windows SharePoint Services 3.0. It also supports MOSS, although none of the
additional functionality provided by MOSS is built into the product. [read
