Joseph A. Young - President Joe Young serves as the President of Plumbline Solutions. In this role, Joe has overall responsibility for working with the Senior Leaders and Team Members to ensure the mission, values and goals of Plumbline are met. Most recently, Joe was the Chief Operating Officer of Plumbline. In this role, Joe had overall responsibility for working with the Group Leaders to ensure efficient operations and profitability goals of the Company were met. In addition, Joe also had responsibility for Plumbline's Solomon Technical Support and Administration functions. Plumbline's Solomon Technical Support Group provides technical support assistance to MBS Partners and Customers in United States, Canada and Mexico. Plumbline's administrative functions include HR, IT and accounting. Formerly, Joe was the Business Manager for the Services Team in Microsoft Business Solutions. In this role, Joe was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the business and working with the General Manager of MBS services on execution of strategy. Additionally, Joe held the role of General Manager of the Microsoft Business Solution UK Human Resource and Payroll Group, responsible for leading the daily operations of the group, which included sales, marketing, development, support, training, and consulting. Joe has also held the roles of Director of Operations, North America Services; Senior Vice President, Solomon Services; Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Solomon; and Solomon Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Solomon Software in 1997, Joe was a Senior Manager in the audit department for Ernst & Young, LLP, where he oversaw the planning and completion of audits and other attestation services. Joe is a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive, in the State of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo, Toledo, Ohio. Ruth Ann Ellerbrock – Chief Operating Officer Ruth Ann Ellerbrock serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Ruth Ann has overall responsibility for working with the Group Leaders to ensure efficient operations and profitability goals of the Company are met. Ruth Ann also has responsibility for Plumbline's Contract Development team, which provides development services around the Microsoft Dynamics SL product. In addition, Ruth Ann is responsible for Plumbline’s Human Resources function and training programs. Prior to being named the COO, Ellerbrock was the Director of Contract Development for Plumbline. Before joining Plumbline when it was formed in 2004, Ruth Ann was the Group Product Manager of the Solomon product team with Microsoft. There she led the R&D team chartered to design, implement and maintain the business functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics SL product including Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL. Prior to Microsoft, Ruth Ann held the position of Vice-President of Program Management for Solomon Software where she was responsible for implementing processes across multiple development teams to ensure the development cycle came together in a high quality, unified manner for new releases, service pack releases and hot fixes. Ruth Ann previously held positions as Application Development Manager, Testing Manager, and Customization & Database Repair Manager for Solomon Software. Ruth Ann joined Solomon Software in 1985 as a Customer Support Representative. Ruth Ann earned an Associate Degree at the University of Northwestern Ohio, Lima, Ohio in Computer Programming in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Systems Analysis at the University of Findlay in 1989. Joe Longo – Vice President of Consulting Services Joe Longo serves as the Vice President of Consulting Services of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Joe has overall responsibility for leading the team in delivery of Consulting and Support Services. Longo also works with Plumbline’s senior leaders to deliver on the mission, values and goals of Plumbline. Prior to Plumbline, Longo served as the Chief Operating Officer of Six Disciplines, LLC. In this role, Longo was responsible for facilitating the development of the organization's corporate strategy; and ultimately the execution of its strategy. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Joe started his professional career in public accounting, where as an auditor he attained the necessary experience and passed the CPA exam. While with a public accounting firm he was asked to start a consulting practice that focused on the installation and implementation of microcomputer based accounting packages. In 1992, Joe ventured out to start his own practice and later became a partner in Business Micro Solutions (BMS) as a result of a merger in 1994. Under Joe's leadership, BMS grew from approximately 10 to 70 people and led the VAR industry in most key performance indicators, including profitability, employee retention, customer service, software sales and total revenues. BMS (which was ultimately acquired by ePartners) installed, implemented and supported business management systems for over 800 small to mid-sized businesses. Todd Michael – Director of Sales and Marketing Todd Michael serves as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Todd is responsible for setting the sales and marketing strategy for the company and overseeing the execution of the strategy. Michael continues as a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to taking the lead in sales and marketing, Todd was Director of Application Development Consulting at Plumbline. Before coming to Plumbline, Todd was Project Manager within the Microsoft Business Solutions’ Solution Analyst team. During this time he managed and provided Escalation Services, including: Tech Support, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and assisted the Customer Relation Team in achieving positive customer resolutions. Todd began his career with Microsoft Business Solutions in August 2000 as a Distribution Support Engineer. He then was assigned to manage special projects which involved coordinating development and support resolutions for Customers and Partners. Todd has also held a number of leadership positions in industry, including Corporate Logistics Manager and Operations Manager for companies such as Yellow Freight Trucking, HolderBank of North America, and General Motors. Todd earned an Associates Degree in Human Resource Management from Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Ohio. He has continued his education at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with course work focusing on MIS and Business Administration.
