Background: Kim is a Project Manager at Plumbline, specializing in Distribution, Financial, Project and Service Series applications. In her current role she focuses on project management, training, product demonstrations, software implementations, business-process consulting and gap analysis. In prior roles with Microsoft Corporation, Great Plains and Solomon Software, Kim led teams that developed product documentation and led the testing efforts to determine when the Microsoft Dynamics SL product was ready for release to market. Before that, Kim spent 17 years working with ERP software in various roles in manufacturing and distribution environments. Kim’s extensive business experience provides her with a keen understanding of user needs, along with software development and business and project management expertise.
