Prior to Plumbline, Craig worked for Solomon, Great Plains and Microsoft on the Solomon Tools Development and Microsoft Business Framework teams. His professional career began in development, support and maintenance of software for a mainframe system software company, which via acquisitions eventually ending up being Computer Associates.  Craig also worked for CompuServe as a developer of web-host services software.
