Born from the need for technical expertise within a leading edge CPA firm, EHTC’s technology division has grown into an entity of its own.

Solution Needs  

EHTC has a small and talented development staff. In most situations, their staffing is adequate for their development needs. However, the challenge occurs when they acquire a large or complex project with limited time. For the Infuse project, a project designed to build integration between Microsoft Dynamics™ CRM with Microsoft Dynamics™ SL, they needed to expand their development staff in a hurry. It would not have been logical or economical to hire new developers for just one project.

Plumbline Solutions was able to offer development services and consultants who possessed the knowledge and experience needed to “hit the ground running.” Because EHTC contracted with Plumbline Solutions, they did not have to invest precious time and money running ads, sorting through and interviewing applicants, hiring, and training them.

Included with Infuse is a fully-functional version of Scribe Insight and the Scribe Adapter for Microsoft CRM. The templates that are available in Infuse were built to satisfy the needs of a standard business. They also provide flexibility to those customers who have unique requirements for both initial and long-term business growth.
