Shared Booth Program
for Convergence 2009

 

The Shared Booth Program offers Microsoft Dynamics SL ISVs a cost-effective way to get visibility for your solutions at Convergence, even if you won’t be attending the event.

We will have a large booth area at Convergence 2009 to showcase ISV solutions for Dynamics SL, and will be driving awareness to Customers and Partners that there is now one central location to find information about add-on solutions for Dynamics SL.
 
We offer two ways for ISVs to participate and become part of the virtual SL ISV Team:  

The first package offers maximum exposure by having your solution shown at the event and providing leads back to you.  A significant amount of pre-event advertising is also provided.  

 

Be Part of the (virtual) SL ISV Team Package - $2,000 

·      Product demonstration (you provide a self-running demo or PPT)*

·      Literature distribution

·      Connection to your leads

·      Pre-conference advertising to drive booth traffic

·      Company/Product listing in the Convergence Edition of the Plumbline Newsletter

·      Published profile on Plumbline’s Link Exchange website

·      Free 1/2 page ad, or 50% discount on a full page ad in the Convergence Issue of the    Plumbline Newsletter

·      Plumbline Newsletter subscriptions for your consulting staff

 

If you will be attending Convergence, you may also opt to participate at the booth to share your knowledge about the solutions you offer and provide your own demos.

*Plumbline can create a self-running demo at standard consulting rates.

 

 

For ISVs participating in the second package, we will direct parties interested in your solution to your Convergence booth or office. 

We will also provide you with an advertisement in the Convergence issue of the Plumbline newsletter and profile your solution on our website.

Be Part of the Team II Package - $500

 

 

·      We will direct people inquiring about your solutions to your booth or office.

·     ¼ page ad in the Convergence edition of the electronic Plumbline newsletter with nearly 700 subscribers.  We will also list Converge booth numbers for ISVs that have one.

·      Published profile on Plumbline’s Link Exchange website

 

 

The Shared Booth Program will allow ISVs to share knowledge and solutions at the largest Dynamics event held during the year.  Be part of the team to expose your solution to more Customers and Partners at Convergence 2009!

Based on the overwhelming response to the Convergence 2008 ISV sessions, Microsoft will be offering two additional ISV solution sessions at Convergence 2009.  For those of you who will be submitting solution profiles or taking advantage of the 5 minutes allowed in the session for your product demonstration, be sure to refer attendees to the SL ISV Shared Booth for more information about your solution.  This is a great way to capture new leads at a central location following the session.
