Joseph Young Named President of Plumbline Solutions

Findlay, Ohio – June 8, 2006 - Joseph Young has been named president of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Young will have overall responsibility for working with Plumbline’s senior leaders to ensure the mission, values and goals of Plumbline are met. Young and his team will be responsible for ensuring the on-going success of Plumbline Solutions as a leading provider of software engineering and support services for Microsoft® Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Channel Partners.

In a related announcement, former Plumbline President Eric Kurjan has been named president and owner of the Six Disciplines Leadership Center of Northwest Ohio. Kurjan will continue to be involved with Plumbline, by joining their Board of Directors.

Prior to becoming President, Young served as the Chief Operating Officer of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Joe had overall responsibility for working with the Group Leaders to ensure efficient operations and profitability goals are met. In addition, Joe was also responsible for Solomon Technical Support, providing technical support assistance to MBS Partners and Customers in United States, Canada. Prior to Plumbline, Young was Business Manager for the Services Team in Microsoft Business Solutions. In this role, Joe was responsible for analyzing and reporting on the business and working with the General Manager of MBS services on execution of strategy. Additionally, Joe held the role of General Manager of the Microsoft Business Solution UK Human Resource and Payroll Group, responsible for leading the daily operations of the group, which included sales, marketing, development, support, training, and consulting. Joe has also held the roles of Director of Operations, North America Services; Senior Vice President, Solomon Services; Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Solomon; and Solomon Corporate Controller.

Prior to joining Solomon Software in 1997, Young was a Senior Manager in the audit department for Ernst & Young, LLP, where he oversaw the planning and completion of audits and other attestation services. Young is a Certified Public Accountant, Inactive, in the State of Ohio and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of CPAs. He earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo.
