When entering an order with a future ship date AND allocating the lot number the shipper does not automatically create when the ship date arrives. Hot Fix 16498 OM for Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5 SP1 resolves this issue.

Service Call Entry does not populate the Geographic Zone and Branch ID correctly when there is a Site Maintenance record with a Geographic Zone and Branch ID already set. Hot Fix 16520 SD corrects this situation for SL 6.5.

When installing Microsoft Dynamics SL 6.5 SP2 Clients from a mapped network drive on workstations running Windows Vista, you may receive the following error:

SL clients cannot be setup from a UNC directory. When installing 6.5 SP2 on a Vista workstation, you must first temporarily disable Vista's User Account Control (UAC) feature.  After the install is complete, UAC can be turned back on.

Error 1720 when installing Microsoft Dynamics SL 7.0, indicates there is a problem with a script in the Windows Installer package needed to complete the install. To correct this issue, install Windows Script 5.6.

Do you need to use international date formats (DD/MM/YYYY) in Dynamics SL?  If so, you can alter the Regional Settings on your local desktop and it will flow through to SL. Thanks to Joe Hendrix with SSYH for figuring this one out!
