Background: Ed is the Consulting Team Manager with Plumbline. He started with Solomon Software in May 1996, working in the Support area. During his time with Solomon, Great Plains Software, and Microsoft, he held the positions of Support Engineer, Technical Mentor, Support Liaison, Operations Manager and Call Center Manager. Prior to joining Solomon, Ed installed and provided service for electrical control systems of industrial heat treat furnaces. 

Likes best about consulting: The variety of things to work on. Each day is different, and there is always quite a bit to do.

Hobbies:  Enjoys watching and playing sports, especially football. Ed also really enjoys helping out with his children's after-school activities.
