Ruth Ann Ellerbrock Named Chief Operating Officer of Plumbline Solutions, Inc. FINDLAY, OHIO — Ruth Ann Ellerbrock has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Ellerbrock will have overall responsibility for working with the Group Leaders to ensure efficient operations and profitability goals of the Company are met. Ruth Ann also has responsibility for Plumbline's Contract Development team, which provides development services around the Microsoft Dynamics SL product. In addition, Ruth Ann will be responsible for Plumbline’s Human Resources function and training programs. Prior to being named the COO, Ellerbrock was the Director of Contract Development for Plumbline. Before joining Plumbline when it was formed in 2004, Ruth Ann was the Group Product Manager of the Solomon product team with Microsoft. There she led the R&D team chartered to design, implement and maintain the business functionality of the Microsoft Dynamics SL product including Business Portal for Microsoft Dynamics SL. Prior to Microsoft, Ruth Ann held the position of Vice-President of Program Management for Solomon Software where she was responsible for implementing processes across multiple development teams to ensure the development cycle came together in a high quality, unified manner for new releases, service pack releases and hot fixes. Ruth Ann previously held positions as Application Development Manager, Testing Manager, and Customization & Database Repair Manager for Solomon Software. Ruth Ann joined Solomon Software in 1985 as a Customer Support Representative. Ruth Ann earned an Associate Degree at the University of Northwestern Ohio, Lima, Ohio in Computer Programming in 1985 and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Systems Analysis at the University of Findlay in 1989.
