Plumbline Solutions Announces Organizational Changes Announces Senior Leadership Changes in Consulting Group; Names New Sales and Marketing Director FINDLAY, OHIO, February 12, 2007 —Plumbline Solutions, Inc., in conjunction with Six Disciplines, LLC, today announced several organizational changes to better align leadership resources and execution with its long-term strategy. Joseph Longo has been named Vice President of Consulting Services for Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Longo will have overall responsibility for leading the team in delivery of Consulting and Support Services. Longo will also work with Plumbline’s senior leaders to deliver on the mission, values and goals of Plumbline as a leading provider of software engineering and support services for Microsoft® Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Channel Partners. Prior to Plumbline, Longo served as the Chief Operating Officer of Six Disciplines, LLC. In this role, Longo was responsible for facilitating the development of the organization's corporate strategy; and ultimately the execution of its strategy. Prior to joining Six Disciplines, Joe started his professional career in public accounting, where as an auditor he attained the necessary experience and passed the CPA exam. While with a public accounting firm he was asked to start a consulting practice that focused on the installation and implementation of microcomputer based accounting packages. In 1992, Joe ventured out to start his own practice and later became a partner in Business Micro Solutions (BMS) as a result of a merger in 1994. Under Joe's leadership, BMS grew from approximately 10 to 70 people and led the VAR industry in most key performance indicators, including profitability, employee retention, customer service, software sales and total revenues. BMS (which was ultimately acquired by ePartners) installed, implemented and supported business management systems for over 800 small to mid-sized businesses. Additionally, Todd Michael has been named Director of Sales and Marketing for Plumbline Solutions, Inc. In this role, Michael will be responsible for setting the sales and marketing strategy for the company and overseeing the execution of the strategy. Michael will continue as a member of the senior leadership team. Prior to taking the lead in sales and marketing, Todd was Director of Application Development Consulting at Plumbline. Before coming to Plumbline, Todd was Project Manager within the Microsoft Business Solutions’ Solution Analyst team. During this time he managed and provided Escalation Services, including: Tech Support, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management and assisted the Customer Relation Team in achieving positive customer resolutions. Todd began his career with Microsoft Business Solutions in August 2000 as a Distribution Support Engineer. He then was assigned to manage special projects which involved coordinating development and support resolutions for Customers and Partners. Todd has also held a number of leadership positions in industry, including Corporate Logistics Manager and Operations Manager for companies such as Yellow Freight Trucking, HolderBank of North America, and General Motors. Todd earned an Associates Degree in Human Resource Management from Northwest State Community College in Archbold, Ohio. He has continued his education at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio with course work focusing on MIS and Business Administration. About Plumbline Solutions, Inc.
